I work in a large banking institution in the Midwest. I'm looking at implementing a POD environment in a Real Estate area where the sales Rep, loan processor, Underwriter, and loan closer will work together in close proximity to bring a loan from application to funding. Can anyone guide me to studies or literature that discuss this concept being done in the past?
