I'd really appreciate your input on a 360-degree assessment. I'm a part of a volunteer organization that is undergoing a leadership development initiative. We'd like to use a 360 assessment for our volunteer leaders and potential leaders. We'd need to be able to self administer it or not require a certification to have it administered.
