I have a group of HR Managers asking me for a 1 hour presentation about HPI, it's benefits, and a general understanding of the process. Does anyone know of such a small training course? Any help would be greatly appreciated
I would not call this a request for training. It is merely what HR said - a presentation. You should be able to find one hour's worth of info right here on the internet. Just out of curiosity, why would you think that a training course is called for?
A one hour "do this research for us and summarize it into an hour because we're busy executives and can't do the research ourselves or we might hurt our brains" is NOT, repeat NOT training. Start researching HPI, find the key points, find someone at your company who is a SME, fill in gaps. Plunk main points (and ONLY main points) into a PPT presentation. Make them take notes.
My reaction to your question is that you want to be able to create awareness for your audience on the topic of HPI. I would suggest that in addition to the presentation itself, you consider where the next steps in education and application will lead.
