One of the business units I support is located in Oregon, near Portland. Does anyone have a recommendation for a vendor for time management skills that offers courses in that locale?
Edited to add: I'm really not being flip here. It's a good resource if someone is truly struggling with effective time management.
In my experience when someone calls me up and wants to send an employee to a "time management" class, what they really have is an employee issue that they are not dealing with through coaching. The manager is looking for an easy out instead of putting in the elbow grease needed to coach and evaluate if this person is in the right position.
You can't "fix" people's performance issues by sending them to "time management" training.

I just attended an excellent seminar through ASTD MD chapter called Speed with Purpose. I have absolutely no affiliation with this company; I simply enjoyed the seminar and found it helpful...and think it may be what you're looking for.
You can also look for FranklinCovey FOCUS time management public courses - these are held at hotels or similar venues. If you have an entire group that you want to put through the course you may be able to have a facilitator come to you.
