I work for a large hospital system and have been asked to create a rotational program. The intent is to pave the way for young individuals who are high performing and have high potential. Often times the mentality is that you have to do the time to be in a leadership position, so young individuals face hurdles because of that. I don't know much about rotational programs. The target audience may be staff members or recent grads. Ideas?
