Any suggestions on companies in the San Francisco Bay Area that will do on-site presentations skills training? Looking for cost effective and local! The group would be about 12 - 18 attendees?

Have you considered a local Toastmasters club? It might take a little time, but your people will get the skills and experience to effectively and comfortably speak before a group. They will also get the skills needed to answer questions on the fly.
