I am in the process of creating a 2009 certification program to be administered to all Frotnline Leaders within our organization. It is important that the program contain test out options for demonstrated proficiency. I have conducted a lengthy needs analysis and am currently in the process of identifying learning programs. Any best practices or thoughts on how plan creation and administration?
