It has been a while since I have been as active in review of this board as I would like. A recent email from a participant has prompted me to take a look. Based on what I see I'd like to offer a few comments:

1. Please assume that contributors to this board are educated, intelligent people who have thought about and tried many things that relate to their posting - they simply have not chosen to post the entire back story.

2. If someone asks a question it is condescending, frustrating and counterproductive to ask them how they would answer it. (You know who you are)

3. If you don't have a solution, information, resource or clarifying thinking to offer, then silence is your best option. The self-aggrandizing diatribes are not particularly helpful.

For those of you who use this board and contribute meaningful posts, thank you. I continue to recommend this board as a resource for those trying to make the transistion into performance. Please remember that the best online communities are self-policing.

Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or anything to share.

I'm posting simply to say that censorship is no more productive than the things you say are not productive.

This is a forum for learning, in my opinion. And spoonfeeding, in the long run, teaches us nothing but the shape of the spoon.

Censorship? Now that IS a bit over the top!

Do learning and commentary go hand-in-hand?

Mason, et al.

Pretty sure I don't agree with your post. Let's take it off line. Please check your private messages.
