I'm trying to track down a quote I read sometime in the last year or so. The speaker said something about how the most successful companies in the 21st century would be those whose employees understood how to learn and how to find the information they needed themselves vs. those companies whose employees were passive learners that just waited for training to come to them.

Does this sound familiar? Hopefully I didn't just imagine it! If someone knows who said this and where, I would really appreciate finding out. Thanks!

Hi IDK... actually, what comes to mind is the book The 5th Discipline - Peter Senge. Not sure, but it just feels like I read that near the beginning of that book.
