I am looking for someone to share their Service Quality Training with me. I am charged with developing such programs and am asking for assistance. I prefer to utlize known training programs not having to recreate the wheel. Is anyone willing to share their program or have information about a program that was successful in a service industry.
Just a comment, but I think you will have a hard time finding someone who is willing to turn over a complete training program to you for free. Organizations spend a great deal of money and time either creating these programs or purchasing them from training suppliers, and I don't think it is fair or reputable of anyone to ask collegues for this type of information without compensation. Also, while there are some generic themes to service quality that may apply across a broad spectrum of oganizations, it should be customized to your specific needs to be truly successful.
I understand and appreciate your response. If I don't ask ... I do believe in corroboration when it comes to working with peers and networks. Knowledge sharing is key, but I understand many don't share my same point of view. I am willing to share my education and information for the greater good.
Collaboration is one thing - and I agree that it can produce positive results. I also agree with sharing best practices and networking. However, that is not what you are asking. I stand by my original comments.
