We use DDI and I would recommend their services. Their Targeted Feedback approach is interesting -- it is a more focused 360.

We just went through this process and had narrowed it down to 4 vendors. Cambria Consulting (cambriaconsulting.com), Human Snynergistics (humansynergistics.com), and International Leadership Associates (i-lead.com). Each vendor provided follow-up debriefs which was important for us. The 360 survey questions ranged from 30 questions to over just over 150. I would be happy to discuss via phone if you have more questions or would like to know who we selected and why.
