Need ideas on how to increment response ratio from employeeson an online survey. Most employees in our company are in Central America & the Caribbean. Does the approach in administering the survey and collecting responses vary greatly by culture?
Thanks Gilberto Franco HR Specialist Amadeus |

Please say some more about what you mean by "increment response ratio." Thanks. |

Participation in surveys I administer for clients are by "invitation only."
1. Respondents are invited via email (from respected person in organization). 2.Email contains login information....to reinforce understanding that all feedback is confidential and password protected. 3. Completion date is included (creating the expectation that people are expected to respond). 4. Progress is tracked and email reminders are sent to those who have not completed the survey. (Note: With the software I use you can determine if someone has completed the survey but you can never see their actual input....since it is rolled up into aggregate report.) Keep in mind that low response rates are worth investigating. May mean a trust issue...or nothing at all. |
