I would like to get your opinions on obtaining feedback after conducting a training course.

Question:
So, my question is what do you consider to be the most effective way to obtain honest feedback after a training course has been completed?

Choices:
Request students to fill out printed questionaire at the end of their training session?
Request students to fill out online questionaire at the end of their training session?
Request students to fill out questionaire via mail?
Request students to fill out questionaire via e-mail?
None of the above.
