We are in the process of researching 360 Feedback, Succession Planning, Performance Management provider. Could you tell me what you use or what you have found? Is there a great one stop shop for a company of about 1200-1500 employees? What are things we should look at? What are common potholes? Any "best practices" I should know about?

For a complete 360 feedback solution I now use 20/20 Insight exclusively. I researched 20-30 software systems and providers and just found this to be the most user-friendly (if you can handle MS WORD you can handle this), most flexible and most affordable. Initially I used it to build and administer 360 projects for my clients. After a while they figured out it made more sense to have the same capability for their own in-house use. Through an agreement with the publisher I can now offer the system for sale as well. So yes, I am definitely jazzed about the product. Click here to get a lot more info about 20/20. Hi mandy, if what you are looking for is a scalable solution with the ability for normative reports and a fully managed process we used the reactive360 (www.reactive360.com) online process mainly because of cost and the quality of the report produced, check it out, it worked for us!
