Thank you for your response. As I looked through your links I did see a few interesting items, however I am looking for a little more detail on actual tuition reimbursement programs that are out there. Anyone willing to share? Thank you.

Open to full time employees with 6 months continuous service.
Reimburses up to $5250 per year
Must be job related or career related.
Must be approved by manager and HR.
Well used at our organization.

Hello again -- I can tell you that if you work for the University of Maryland, you get free tuition after 2 years of full time exempt employment. A LOT of people seek out jobs there and stick with them for this benefit, which is quite a nice benefit.
