Through superior leadership, managers can create an environment which causes employees to unleash their full potential of creativity, innovation, productivity, motivation and commitment. Compared to poorly motivated employees, productivity gains will be north of 300% per person to say nothing of having most loving to come to work each day.

I proved these leadership methods in effecting four successful turnarounds of management disasters including a nuclear-powered cruiser and a 1300 person unionized group.
