well, i am in charge of training section in my company (800) staff. we conduct an annual satisfaction survey on all aspects including Training provided to staff. feedback, then will be analyzed and tabulated to improve our services.

Can't offer much help without a better appreciation for the project.

Here's a suggestion....Start with a short list of the specific information your department needs in order to improve. Take a look at the various services and products you provide. Those items, along with the processes you use to deliver them should serve as the basis for your survey.

Once you have a handle on that it becomes far easier to craft questions . It also goes a long way toward helping you identify the individuals you want to invite to participate in the survey.

Others on this Discussion Board no doubt have some great ideas for questions. But none are useful if they don't match up to your organization....and only you know what that looks like.

If you are doing this all in-house....good for you. If you are looking for an outside vendor to create and deploy the survey for you please be sure to let us know.
