Does anyone have any recommendations for coaching consultants/firms? I am responsible for training and development at a large advertising firm based in NY with staff of 900+. We are currently aiming to develop a comprehensive coaching program for all managers and supervisors (200+).

I am looking for any recommendations/suggestions of best vendors.

We are looking to bring in external coaches to instruct all managers and supervisors. Our goal is for managers/supervisors to develop a coaching relationship with all their reports.

Do you mean you want to train your managers and supervisors to become effective at coaching?

Coaching is necessary but is it sufficient for effective managing and supervising? Are all your managers and supervisors well trained in managing and supervising direct reports?
