Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get help with how to write effective proposals. I met with a CEO of an organization and told him about a program I am teaching and he wants me to give him a proposal. He has 40 employees it will be 4 four hour sessions and due to space I will have to put 20 in a class so I will teach the program twice.
I have no idea how to write a proposal for this. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks -S |

I'd be glad to coach you through a proposal. RSTEV@aol.com. Here's a quick start.
1. Purpose - state the need and what you've been asked to do. 2. Solution - describe your approach and how it matches up with the need. 3. Timeline/workplan 4. Costs 5. Attachments This is alot like selling! |

Unless you have an ongoing working relationship with this client.Be circumspect on the breath and depth of the information you supply. Just enough to make a decision nothing more lest you'll be supplying free advice.
