Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get help with how to write effective proposals. I met with a CEO of an organization and told him about a program I am teaching and he wants me to give him a proposal. He has 40 employees it will be 4 four hour sessions and due to space I will have to put 20 in a class so I will teach the program twice.

I have no idea how to write a proposal for this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Unless you have an ongoing working relationship with this client.Be circumspect on the breath and depth of the information you supply. Just enough to make a decision nothing more lest you'll be supplying free advice.
