I'm a student looking for information on training programs in which expertise or legacy knowledge in passed down. Such training programs should emphasize the preservation of information and knowledge, as well as, the ability to communicate this information to the next generation. Ideally I would love any such information from a dying industry. Any help at all would be useful. Thanks
