Did you ever receive what you were looking for (needs assessment reports)?

I don’t have a traditional report for you. What I do is conduct 360 feedback surveys as a mechanism for highlighting needs. Done in two ways:

· Organization level

· Individual level

When doing the individual level surveys, looking at performance in specific competency areas, we will roll the data into an aggregate report. This allows us to see trends…etc. In doing so the company can focus resources where there is a demonstrated opportunity versus offering a catalog of learning events not linked to a need.
