Hello-My human resource manager came back from a conference and one of the big discussions was the large number of grants and grant money that aren't fully utilized. He has tasked me with finding grants that will pay for learning and organizational development. Does anyone know where to begin looking? I realize there are a lot of grants out there but have no idea where to start looking. Thanks alot.

Most states have both grant and loan money. Here in Minnesota it's through the department of economic opportunity.

Try calling your local elected state/local
representative so that they may help networking you to the right folks. Be aware that government money has its own hoops and strings to it. Also, seek out the local colleges and research centres. Consider having an experienced grant writer compose the application.
