It is sometimes difficult to find resources but I would start with the company and use their list of preferred vendors.

Find out how much translation the audience needs. Some companies need less translation than other companies. Also some audiences in the same company need less translation than others. For example, I translated training materials for a global company and found out that the financial analysts preferred their materials in English. On the other hand, the warehouse personnel needed all their training materials translated and delivered by a bilingual trainer.
