My company is moving quickly toward a more centralized learning structure and we are at a point where we need to determine which funding model would be most appropriate...by funding model I'm referring to chargebacks to end users, grants, business unit allocation, etc. Ours a global organization with 400,000+ employees.
Any insight on what models are working best? Would like to get an idea of what other company's funding models look like.
