Can anyone help me in getting information on how Consultants get on lists for RFP's/RFQ's (outside of government work)?

As an example, if a call center wanted an outside agency to develop an LMS, they would submit an RFP to a list of Vendors? How does one get on that 'list'?

There is generally a small fee paid to register an account to access RFP/RFQ's. Most states have a government sponsored forum. From there, you can input keywords narrowed toward the segment of consulting you or your group is best at. Put together a good proposal and Voila! You are in business!
