Hey, I am a student working on a research project to benchmark SG&A costs for software companies.

On a scale of 1-5 how would you rate the general attitude towards hiring consultants or contractors (including staff augmentation, management consulting, HR/IT process outsourcing)?

(1 = tends to hire very few consultants or contractors, 5 – tends to hire many consultants or contractors)
