Steady	Posted Hide Post Training Magazine had their Top 100 back sometime (I think early summer 2006) that gave a listing of training budgets, average per employee, etc. Interesting list, definitely worth a look. Two leaps per chasm is fatal

PD	Posted Hide Post Check out ASTD's state of the industry report. It covers things like % of payroll dollars spent on training, average spent per employee, cost of training delivered and received.... There is a webcast today at 2:00 Eastern to discuss.
