Thanks for your response! I have been putting a lot of thought into this project and I'm now trying to put a plan together. I'm not so sure that Centralizing Training is "ruining a good thing" as the front line training right now is very disjointed, which is why I was approached to put together a proposal - at least that's the perception that Executive Leadership in my organization has. I am going to propose conducting a thorough needs analysis in order to come up with the best solution! Again, thanks for your time and response...it has definitely given me some new things to consider!!
