Is there any research or data available that shows the preferred training medium in India? For example, any study that shows whether employees in India and APAC prefer classroom training over e-learning?

I have read some articles that employees in India prefer an interactive learning style, but haven’t found any data or study that backs this up. Please let me know if you are aware of any research on this.
