I am in the process of collecting information on how to improve my organisation learning facilitation performance using benchmarking principles.

Can anybody share with me on his/her personal experince in carry out the benchmarking execrcise with any organisation that training give impact to their people development.

I remember that ASTD does benchmarking. Perhaps also Motorola? Perhaps list the industry you're in and one of us can benchmark our company with yours.
