I am looking for some advice and/or guidelines for pricing participant materials for training programs. One program would be a full day and one would be a half day. Also, these would be sold to external customers, not to internal departments.

I would suggest looking at sites that sell materials in the same target market. For instance, I do some technical training. With just a quick google I found multiple sites that sell materials and IGs for various tech topics. When I needed materials for a conflict resolution course, I just googled and found prices and reviews.
