Our company has just consolidated compliance training within our function. We are rolling out a series of mandatory classes all employees need to complete in a certain time. We will be tracking and working to ensure all courses are completed. We are looking for creative ways to incent employees to complete classes and avoid the manhandling that usually comes with this kind of effort.
