I have been doing a lot of research (and work) in the whole area of Social Learning. I would like some information from you. Are you using or palnning on using Social Learning?
Secondly, I have been finding some amazing results. Huge dollars saved, amazing numbers. If you are using Social Learning are you seeing the same results?
Lastly (for now anyway.. grin) how are you structuring the social learning tools into a "training program", monitoring the actions and reporting on the process.

It seems to me that is the key from those who I see are getting the great results is they have a process tostructure, monitor and report.
