I'm planning to develop or buy a biz writing 2-day program. Anyone out there created such a program? Any good resources to use? I've bought lots of books on biz writing and will use some of their tips if I do it myself.

The only thing I'm skeptical about is can one teach people how to write well after a 2-day program? In my life I've discovered that the best writers are the people who do it day in and day out for years. Not the people who rarely do it but attend a 2-day program.

I think you are correct in that writing effectively is a skill learnt over many years. However, you can learn the fundamentals, which will help you with structure, planning and detail.

Of course writing is a skill we all have to a degree, it's often just a case of developing long forgotten skills.
