I'm tasked with developing a basic business acumen course (probably e-learning) for a health care/hospital setting, for front-line managers, both clinical and non-clinical. I would really appreciate any ideas. links or anything to help me get started.

Teach them about the money. If they understand basic financial / acct'g stuff, the rest follows.

Check out Jane Hart's list of 100 free sites to learn about business (not sure I would send your learners to all of these, but sift through, find the ones that address your key gaps, and focus them on these areas).
