I’m not sure if this is the right forum, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
I am based in Australia and I have recently developed a practical workbook that is primarily designed for Principles of Marketing university/college students. The workbook currently contains over 200 original activities (on 378 pages) - which are a mix of role-plays, interactive exercises, short case-studies and so on. Most of them are focused on a specific marketing model/theory and are designed to be completed in small discussion groups of students in around 15-30 minutes, followed by (an optional) class discussion. Therefore, the role of the book is to provide suitable 'active learning' exercises that are quick/easy for lecturers to implement, while providing 'fun' and variety for students - and the broad choice of activities allow the instructor to tailor the activities to the required program. I originally developed the book to aid my own teaching in Australia (where I have worked as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Sydney since 2002). Therefore, as the book has a slight Australian cultural bias, I was looking for a North American-based collaborator to help me tailor the book for USA students. I would be looking at a profit share model for this arrangement. I also have a sizeable array of other activities/exercises that I plan to develop into further workbooks for other marketing/management/HR university courses (as I have conducted over 1,000 lectures in the past 7 years and have tested a lot of material). Therefore, I would be preferably looking to develop a long-term relationship. If you can point me in the right direction, or are interested yourself, you can email me at g.fripp@econ.usyd.edu.au |
