Hi, there

I received an offer on designing elearning courses for employees in a retail company, selling office supplies.

In your opinion, will the trainnig team greatly impacted by the recession? Is it considered a very risky career move?

Any insights from you are appreciated.

Risk is relative. I don't think anyone can adequately or accurately determine the "risk" for you unless you define what risk is for you, personally. Generally, any job that is overhead is probably more risky than front line, but then people on the front line say their jobs are very risky because they're first blamed when things go wrong. It's all subjective.

P.S. This isn't a recession. Not really.
