Hello all,
I am customizing our current customer service training for a particular group in the organization. One of the requests is to focus on maintaining friendly relationships with the client base, but to keep the relationships professional. I have the content, but need an activity to match. Does anyone have a good one they have used in the past? Thank you in advance for your help! |
