We are looking for criteria to determine if a training program is a candidate for a guided self study approach. The word 'guided' indicates the learner is not totally on their own, but are supported in their learning by a trainer and job coach. Does anyone have a criteria established? Are there articles you could suggest? Does anyone have a documented set of guidelines for their training team?
