Hi Judy
Please check out the Attitude Builders Tool Box.
It is perfect for your type of meeting.
You get a downloadable handout as well as an audio link where you can just open you laptop and hear the audio.

Go to www.attitudebuilders.com and click on the "Tool Box" navigation bar.

Building on Silverspur and FF, is there a way you can put the presentation on a laptop in PowerPoint. Then the program is easily portable (it gets old trying to transport flip charts and visuals.)

And, if you could get a portable projector that attaches to the laptop, any white wall becomes a screen.

Another thought...
It is likely that most employees would have similar questions. The presenter could create a list of Frequently Asked Questions, based on the presented information, then provide and/or post them during the presentation. This could generate more interactivity because the employees will be prompted to consider the information in front of them.

Also something to consider is how much support these people are getting post data-dump. Assuming it does not currently occur, consider given presentees a level 1 survey of the presentation. If nothing else, it should at least get the presenter to consider the audiences a bit more.
