Hello all:

I am developing a 1 day manditory training program that I wil be facilitating for the next year. I have been asked by my client to request pre-reading (which I agree with completely). Any suggestions on how I might make the pre-reading for a manditory workshop interesting and engaging? How do I hook the participants even before they enter the room?

Hi Natalie -- Do some research on the learner preparation phase of learning. There are loads of great ways to help engage learners even when they're not specifically at the "event". Here's one really good place to get you started:

Good luck.
