Hello. I'm interested in learning about any sales training for front line staff (banking industry specific) you have done with third party vendors. I'm checking out my options and want to deal solely with a vendor that specializes in the banking industry. Thanks!

Have you considered Achieve Global's professional selling series? They aren't bank specific, but I know they are highly respected and this program has been successful at a number of small/mid sized banks (know from personal experience and info from my peers). Hope this helps!

pa trainer, if you need a contact for Achieve Global's Professional Selling Skills (PSS) let me know. One of their top trainers is a colleague of mine.

Hi pa trainer,

I've been certified in several Achieve Global training courses (former sales trainer), I now work for a company that specializes in training for sales, customer service, and management professionals. I'd love to talk with you about your needs. We have both off-the-shelf and custom sales training solutions. One of our sales skill training solutions was formally recognized by ASTD in 2007, and just last year we were awarded one of the fastest growing companies by the Business Courier of Cincinnati. I'd love to talk with you further. We're a small business, flexible, creative, and easy to work with - focused on our customer, their learners, enabling and growing business. Would you be interested in talking further? Let me know how to contact you, email or phone, to set up a brief introduction.

Thanks!
Laura

I've designed training in financial services (and write regular columns for 4 trade magazines), though I've keynoted and worked with banking but have not designed a specific program for a bank. The similarities between insurance and related consumer and business services are close enough, for us to probably have a discussion.

I just presented the Sales Training Excellence program in DC yesterday. It covers the 3 elements that need to be in place for great sales training to happen. Give a shout, if you'd like to talk. I'm working with a financial services client tomorrow, but back in my office Friday.

Best,
