I am looking to find benchmarking stat's for training hours per employee for a heathcare enviroment. Any information would be helpful. Also, I am looking for a form to track a trainers monthly stats ( actual trainings performed, hours of designing/developing etc).

Hi Lynn!
I created a small Access database which allows the trainers to track their hours based on standardized tasks, e.g., classroom setup & admin, training, design & development, etc. There are a number of reports which then allow me to review the hours from different perspectives.
