My training team needs to develop a good means of staying informed on industry developments, new products, etc. Can anyone recommend some good resources to me?

I'm specifically looking for
1) Associations like ASTD (Corporate Leadership Council,Human Capital Institute, etc.)
2) Noteworthy industry conferences
3) Good blogs
4) Research/Consultants (firms like Bersin or Brandon Hall).

You should visit www.itol.org who are the leading training specific Institute in the UK. For resources and a training blog, my site below will be of value.

You could try the www.trainingzone.co.uk. I get lots out of it. Also they have an 'Any Answers' forum too - click on Community and then on 'Any Answers'.
It is UK based - but I don't see that should make too much difference!
