Looking for an assessment to help identify employees who have potential to become trainers. In the past some employees selected to attend TTT begin to train - aren't able to make the transition (examples: inflexible in class; lack of connection with audience); unable or unwilling to learn training material to deliver without training guide.
Want to select the "right" people to train not because they hold certain positons or are considered "SMEs". Thanks. |
