SusanSE	Posted Hide Post You can also check out LiveClicks which is a 2-hour live interactive webinar from FranklinCovey. Materials are supplied that they can reference and take notes on. There are also topics on using how to use Lotus Notes and Blackberry more effectively. Cheers!
