I am seeking out assistance for developing/designing a peer-to-peer recognition program. This program would not include a monetary award, rather the focus is writing testimonials or a simple thank you on a note card to give to another employee (within or outside their department).

My organization employs approximately 2500 team members divided into nearly 35 different capacities. However, the commonality we all share is customer service.

Any resources, books, websites, or information you would be willing to share is greatly appreciated.

Hi Beth,

I recognize that it has been more than a year since your posting regarding the Peer Recognition program, however, I pulled this up through my google search on the same topic. I, too, am creating a company recognition program and was wondering if you were able to drum up some good information when you posted and if there is some similar information you would be able to share with me.

I appreciate any help you may be able to offer!
