Hello all,

I am customizing our current customer service training for a particular group in the organization. One of the requests is to focus on maintaining friendly relationships with the client base, but to keep the relationships professional. I have the content, but need an activity to match. Does anyone have a good one they have used in the past?

that's what instructional design is - designing activities appropriate for the learners and goal of the learning

I would love to help, but the activity needs to reinforce the content. It is hard to help you find an activity with no knowledge of the audience and the content...
