I am looking for a flexible & cost effective way to train my sales reps the basics of Time management and territory planning. They need help with organization, but do not have time to come in house for a training. Any recommendations for online course or good book they can read until our training program is completed?

Getting Things Done by David Allan.
Personally, I have used them for the past 3 years as trainers and the results are tangibly evident. I guess reading the book would be the next best thing. |
