Hello ALl:

I am in need of a sample program to reward trainers. These are Assistan Managers or Supervisors that have been certify to become their department's trainer in addition to their regular job. We like to recognize the ones meeting and exceeding the training goals for their department and I have no time to invent a program. Does anyone has some bulleted list that I could expan on?

When one is faced with work and one has no time to do it oneself, one has several options. Asking other professionals to do the work is an excellent idea. However, asking them to provide it for free seems a rather unprofessional request.

I believe a visit to your HR department is in order.

They can assist you with a reward program and integrate it into any existing reward program already in place at your company.
